Commercial challenge

Following a referral from a client contact working in care development, Redleaf approached Gough Property Communications to support with a contentious planning scheme in the West Midlands.

The business required a highly-specific PR campaign to prepare the scheme for public consultation, whilst the potential client also had a number of marketing and communications needs which would be discussed at a later date.

Our understanding of property development and planning, as well as the power of PR and stakeholder engagement, meant we understood the objective from the off. We were able to show how the outcome could be achieved using our specialist services, whilst ensuring that the client had total understanding and oversight of the process.
