Commercial challenge

Gough is the retained PR agency for Birmingham-based specialist residential developer, Court Collaboration, and we provide public consultation and stakeholder engagement services when new development proposals come forward for planning.

Our most recent project was consulting on the redevelopment of a brownfield site next to Library of Birmingham and Paradise Birmingham, right in the heart of the city centre, where plans for a two-tower scheme consisting of 581 new homes needed consent from Birmingham City Council.

Human approach

Combining political outreach, a creative community mailer and digital communications, we delivered a targeted stakeholder and community engagement campaign to raise awareness about the proposals and provide a platform for consultation responses.

The development was approved and is set to complete in 2026.
